Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Most in-stock items are shipped via ground service and will arrive within 4-6 business days. The required information that is required is street address, daytime phone number, and name when ordering. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of shipment. All packaging material must be saved.
Shipping is available in California and Nationwide. The order will ship via UPS or FedEx Ground unless specified otherwise when placing the order. For any additional charges, you will be notified.
We prefer shipping to physical addresses. Most products can be shipped to PO boxes, however it is our policy to have customers contact us prior to shipment to determine feasibility due to size of products and whether product is alive (for example, beneficial insects and organisms). Once your order has been placed, your credit card will be charged by either paypal or third party credit card processor.
All liquids must ship FedEx Ground. UPS Shipping is available upon request. Updaraded delivery services are available for an additional charge on any items. Please call for specific shipping quotes.
